I miss my *moppet* already

OH MY GOSH- guys you the names for my new car are really making me giggle, some out loud. She arrives tomorrow- WOOHOOO! So I’ll be off with Waynie in the morning early to go and fetch her. I’m a little nervous of driving her home in this traffic ( hey, I’m from a little sea side city that’s slow and traffic is NOT something I’ve ever had to really deal with-lol)

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH- I had such a lump in my throat when we left Gaye and Caden yesterday. We had a ball, did absolutely nothing but play with Caden and relax. Oh and don’t forget EAT(tooo much in fact ) ! hahaha.

I can’t wait to go back and see my little *moppet* again soon as she is really growing up so quickly. She is talking the hind ass off a donkey too and comes up with the cutest way of telling story’s!

Still waiting and chance to win

I’m still waiting patiently for my new car and all I have had for conversation the last two weeks are 4 crappy limey green walls ( HAHA- not my choice- honest!!, it’s rented!)

Wayne and Deon have both been frantically busy the last week, which has left me with uhummm- nothing much to talk about! BWWWWWWWWWAHAHAHA. SO SAD! Time for a good PARTY again- mmmmmmmmmmmm. lol

Thanks soooo much for all the links for the Photography sites- I’ve joined one that I liked and am now playing with my new toy. She’s AWESOME and I’m looking forward to getting BETTER with her-at the moment I’m just taking shots of anything and everything and haven’t downloaded anything off her yet.

I’ll be testing her out this weekend some more as we are off to visit my sister Gaye (GS Creations)and my little niece Caden. I can’t wait!

It feels like a freaking crater but it’s only a bit off! OY! Now I have to find a dentist here that can see me TOMORROW! lol, No ways in hell am I going to go away a full weekend with my tongue being rasped to death! What a idiot! lol

Spoilt Rotten

Well I’m back up in Hartbeespoort Dam with the *boys* ;-) Even Deon was happy to see my fat ass back- BWAHAHAHA. Say’s it’s as boring and quiet as hell when we aren’t here. And now at least  he’s getting cooked food as he doesn’t like cooking and lives on Pizza when we aren’t here. lol.

Well Wayne fetched me from the airport on Friday and took me straight to some car dealers here to look at some cars for myself. Spent the whole afternoon looking and test driving some and was told to choose something for ME, not for the family or for anything else- just one I would love to drive around and WANT to drive. AAHHHH- I fell in love with one and when told I could have it- I burst out crying- poor car salesman looked rather uncomfortable- but hell, it will be my FIRST “KIM” car ( not one chosen for family). And NOPE, nope, I’m not spilling the beans yet(hee hee) till the papers are signed etc etc. Wayne of course is the *negotiating KING* and has told them to *sharpen their pencils*- BWWWWWWWAHAHAH. Which they are doing at this very minute! It will be two weeks till I receive her but I can wait that long after being without my own car for over 6 months! lol

My dad ‘officially’ is now the owner of my ‘old’ car at home in PE. We have given it to him as a present as he finds it really easy to drive with his arthritis and his old one we put on the SCRAP HEAP! lol

AND that’s not all- OMG, I swear it’s was Christmas and Birthdays all rolled into ONE this weekend. (as Wayne so politely put it to me- it’s making up for the last few crappy ones- AHHHHHH)

Wayne had to buy a new PC monitor/screen for work and ran out of here EARLY on Sat morning to go shopping, leaving me to unpack my cases and just sleep in.

When he got back he had a huge box under his arm and a huge smile on his face with a *FOR YOU my Love*-

HUH?? What???, ARE YOU NUTS???? off course there were MORE tears and I still look like a freaking goldfish today!

The new Canon EOS 550D!!!!!!!!!!! OMG, Freak out! It came with two lenses and a backpack and memory card too. The SLR has been on my ‘wish’ list for a while now and because Wayne needed a camera for work – he decided he would just replace my Canon G9(which he would use at work) and buy this one for me instead!

My man sure missed me for the week I was home huh?? lol  Yup, I am spoilt rotten and I know it .

If any of you know of some good ONLINE classes in photography, please leave me a link in the message box- I would LOVE to learn to use my new toy properly ;-)

Home and gone

HAHAHA- so much for me thinking that I would spend more time on the PC while I was home- ERRRRRRRRRRRR, Nope, I spent LESS time on the PC than in Harties-lol

From the day we landed we have had friends, family and invites, birthdays and socials just about every day! I also decided to re-decorate my bedroom, our bathroom and Nathan’s bedroom and guest bathroom too.(LONG overdue and I was tired of the orange, reds and browns) . But *dumbo* here forgot her camera up in Harties so I don’t have before or after pics. DUH!

But trust me- I re-painted the walls and did a full change to Silver, black and white, rich plums with a touch of bright cerise for accents. NO ORANGE or browns to be seen- hahahaha.

I did Nathans to Red, White and Navy and he is thrilled with it- really BOY BOY!

Today I had promised to buy Nathan an Xbox consol that was on special – yeah a Mom spoil before she leaves tomorrow. ;-)

We were supposed to leave at 2pm after his Surveying Practical-  UNTIL I received a text message to say- Mom going to be a little late as rushing friend to doc for stitches- was hit on head with brick. So I phone to see if he can manage and if he needs my help and what asking the hell happened?

WELLLLLLLL, Mom, someone threw a brick and it hit him in the middle of his *pip*- and well it was an accident. Who threw the brick Nathan??? mmmmmmmm- Mom it was ME, but it was honestly an accident and we were removing bricks from the front of the car so we could move it further into the field and the one I was tossing SIDEWAYS flew out my hand and went STRAIGHT, it hit him in the middle of his head. lol.

OMG- after finding out he was fine but just bleeding all over the car and that the friends father is a doctor and he already knew the story and had a laugh about *boys being boys*- I had a good laugh about how poor Nathan has landed up with my *ability* to draw CHAOS!

Hang on to your boots my boy- life’s going to get interesting- hahahahahahahaha.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH- it’s my hubby’s birthday today and it’s been a rather *bumpy* few days-lol.

My man is NOT going to grow old gracefully and has had more issues with each passing birthday, it’s just too funny for words. He actually sulked for three days before his 40th and hardly spoke to anyone- SERIOUSLY! lol. Now it’s the *half way to 50* that had his undies in a knot this weekend. Deon and I laughed every time he made it sound like he was one foot in the grave this weekend. But today he is FINE again as it’s well- OOOPS toooo late and there’s nothing you can do about it! BWWWWWWWAHAHAHAH.

LOVE you Waynie, more with each passing day and YES, you are the *woman* in the house- hahahah ;-P I hope this year brings you all the success you have worked so hard for, contentment in your choices and of course tons of love, laughter and time to enjoy what you love. ;-)
